Fremantle and fish and chips - Perth day three

Today Tanbay and I took the bus to Warwick, then the train to Perth then another train to Freemantle (Freo)

One of the first things we saw was an advert in a club: Sophie and Joel are playing there! We won't be there though because we'll be in Hopetoun by then, plus we don't like Sophie and Joel.

Tanbay is a massive Geordie shore fan

I'm embarrassed

Anyways this is the lovely town of Fremantle:

This is Fremantle market, which had loads of amazing art and great smelling foods:

but unfortunately we'd made our own sandwiches so we had to eat them:

yum

Next we went to the docks where I made friends with this dog:

We couldn't believe how clear the water was!

To make up for not having a nice lunch we went to San Churro and had the best smoothies of our lives!

Tanbay may leave me for this one..

I tore Tanbay away and we visited Fremantle Prison:

It's Western Australia's only world heritage listed building.

They used to imprison a lot of aborigines here and it's actually mentioned in Rabbit proof fence.

We were going to go on a tour of it, but we were already really tired from the heat, so we just went and saw some of the amazing artwork the convicts had made:

this is where the guards used to live:

We went back to Perth and went to the London street, it looks a lot like Diagon alley /Tewkesbury /Quimper:

We went back to the house, then Pippa and her boyfriend Jeremy (who is also great) took us out to get fish and chips and to drink beer and watch the sunset:

it was pretty awesome and yummy.

Then we went to Breakwater, apparently my camera doesn't work well at night because the photos are very blurry:

We had a really great time :)
